They say you can take the boy out of the country but you cannot take the country out of the boy. The black gangs in the UK doing the shootings should be rounded up and deported back to country of origin, third or fourth generation 'British' notwithstanding. You cannot let in people from uncivilised parts of the globe, slap British citizenship on them and expect them to meld into a non existent melting pot. These are tribal people and their atavistic instincts are to kill and despoil. Their natural habitat is the jungle from which they have been plucked. They have turned our urban streets into jungles.
Send in the army and disarm them, using live rounds on them if necessary. If the countries of origin will not have them back just fly over, give them a parachute and drop them.
To refer to the 'black community' is to indulge in fancy euphemism and to dignify the subhuman. Blair was right to accuse this so-called community of being the problem but he was castigated by the stupid black 'leaders' as making racist comments. Lets call them what they are - gang leaders - and deport them too.

Hi Nico I removed my comments after rereading your post. There are gangs of foregners, and to call them part of a 'black community' is to honour them.
Second generation gangsta's being deported? I'm not in agreement. First generation - most certainly.
So now to my first post (I removed, as I first thought you were focusing on Black people), but of course there are Polish and Japanese and many other immigrant gangs out there who need to go home. My apologies. I hope the thoughts herein may be worth discussing.

You say the black man is uncivilised. Scratch the surface of one and you find a jungle-man. You don't get out enough. I know of council estates of 'White Trash' who are not representative of White people.
If meletonin acted as a brain development inhibitor, you would certainly know black people were inferior and not want them breeding near your home, for like those people with Down Syndrome, all they would do is be touchy-feely and shagging each other. They would have no time for the higher arts and culture offered around them. A Race of people like a backward runt of human evolution, nice to see a Neadertal, but not really any possibility of improving. A bit like some Chinese today look at Europeans.
The 'black-gangsta' culture is in the music, very well crafted, well funded and professionally produced. That is what presently influences all impressionable, impoverished, alienated kids today. Before it was Mods and Rockers stabbing each other. What does British society offer? Believable qualifications?, a good job?, access to quality housing without a whore?
Black people have aspirations the same as anyones. Anyone from countries that were ruled by tyrants means that those who survived learned to survive, and employ those tricks on to any relatively benign society. If the police, Customs and Judiciary system had been tougher, they may well have learned. But White male gave in to White female - it's called Communism - and we're screwed, and a black male dominated by black and white bitches is bringing out the guns. And where is white male? He got Christian-communized. His heart's like Dr Rowan William's. Jesus died to save us from all being accountable. What stupid religion is this?!!!
So my cure is to deport all those Christianized back to Israel, that foreign faith that conquered the faith from every Englishman - their own common-sense, to put themselves last and the victims first. Then without dark glasses on every person is held accountable for their own actions and not of their ancestors: betrayers or heroes, good or bad, retarded or smart.
The 'Black Problem' thus is the same as the 'White Problem': Liberalism.
To draw a line where colour is found, is no more than an Indian Brahmin worshiping Chrishna operating a cast system. And we know that is dumb.
