A Woman's Place is in the Home

Feminism aka collectivism seeks to destroy capitalism. It wants to turn business into a giant playpen. To feminize the workplace and make it dysfunctional and inoperative. Feminism is the cancer that eats its way through the political businesss world and devours it to the marrow.

Just the other day at my job, one of the young highly paid professional women who had been back to work for about 3 months after having her first child ruefully said to me ... "I think my daughter thinks the nanny is her Mom ... she is more bonded to her than to me." To which I just bit my tongue and thought ... DUH. You went to law school and are just figuring this out??? I think if a woman has children, her job is her kids and home. Children need their mom in the early years. It just makes sense.

At my job, there are three professional young women who are ready to go out on pregnancy leave. It is tough for a small business to accommodate this ... some can but some really have a hard time. And these women will probably all come back to work, leaving their children with nannies. This "nanny" business absolutely blows my mind ... WHY ... would you do this? All I can think of is Louise Woodward and the doctor couple that put their child in the custody of an inexperienced girl barely out of her teen years and wonder why their baby ended up dead. Very very sad.

Other than that, I think professional women can add alot to any workplace. It just makes sense to use all our human resources, especially since men and women have different ways of looking at problems and arriving at solutions.
