Now the mixed economy consensus has bin dumped in the garbage can of history by Jeremy and his un merry band of Marxists we can survey the political landscape yes with horror but also hope for if it is ok to say socialism in tooth and clause four is back with a vengeance post mixed economy, why not 19th century liberal laissez faire capitalism too for surely what's sauce for the goose is, etc.
This is where the Capitalist Party comes in, to protect people from politicians and their statist agendas. Two can play at the pure undiluted ideology game and we at least have a record of success on our side whereas all the socialists have is a century of emmisseration, gulag concentration camps and a mass collection of corpses on an industrial scale (one death is a tragedy, 100 million is a statistic).
An unapologetic defense of capitalism is the only antidote to the rabid unchallenged Marxist drivel being spouted by Labour and we are sorry to say the Conservatives have as I indicate below no ideological counter to their ugly anti human narrative of self sacrifice and death because they are cut from the same traditionalist altruist Christian cloth.

Why Conservatives cannot defend Capitalism on Moral grounds
Conservatives will never be heard defending capitalism on moral and ethical grounds. They are very careful to avoid what they see as a moral minefied and concentrate exclusively on economics. Because socialism and communism as an economic theory was exploded in the last century this is pretty safe territory but it avoids the chief and fundamental issue which everyone places way above economics and that is ethics and morality.
Here the tories are very weak and vulnerable and it shows. They become evasive and apologetic and end up in the position of conceding implicitly that socialism is morally superior to capitalism but they will manage it better economically and will 'balance the books' thus conceding the moral high ground to the Left and appearing shifty and defensive towards capitalism, damning it with faint praise.
This is why socialism never dies and keeps on coming out of remission as it has never been confronted head on and the reason is quite simple. At the heart of socialism is the Christian philosophy of altruism, the idea that human beings exist to serve others and as both the socialist movement and the conservative movements come out of the Christian tradition of self sacrifice and and altruism the latter cannot take a principled stand against it without betraying their Christian heritage and traditions.
Only a political movement unburdened by the self immolating Christian baggage of altruism and self sacrifice can morally challenge and reject socialism effectively and put forward a philosophy of self interest and independence and champion the only political system that allows it expression and full unobstructed rein, namely capitalism. That is why we need a Capitalist Party.

The New Politics
The new politics would involve a system where no politician or party would be able to include in their manifesto any promise to take money away from individuals or businesses that had earned it and give it to others who have not in exchange for their vote. The state would have no tax or regulating powers over individuals and businesses.
The buying of votes is corruption and it would be prohibited by law in a written constitution. This would effectively make socialism history. Statism would be ended at a stroke of the pen. Only the details would remained to be adumbrated.
The proper and sole role of the state to protect individual rights from individuals or groups who would threaten such through either force or fraud would be effected by police, courts, prisons and armed forces and these would be funded by voluntary taxation contributions.
This would be effected over a 20 year period of transition and during that time all taxation would be reduced incrementally to prepare people for the change until they are reduced ultimately to 0%.

Democratism and it s Endgame
The fact that the British people could be just weeks away from coming under the iron heel of a Marxist authoritarian junta should give even the most wildly enthusiastic advocates of democracy pause. Perhaps that is too much to expect these days when those selfsame champions of democracy have just pushed it under the bus yet still have the brassneck to actually knock on people's doors asking for their vote in the coming election!
People say calm down there is not going to be a Corbyn government and that s as may be but I don't want to live under a system that even allows for any such possibility. Would it be too much to demand that any political ideology that was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of millions of people in the last century namely communism socialism should not be allowed on the ballot box?
How about the Nazi Party? Another gift of democracy. The anti democratic democrats have done us all a favour by revealing how paper thin their belief in it it actually was and we can reflect on the fact that it was always suspect and could now lead us into a ballot boxed Marxist tyranny.

Political Realignment?
The solution to our political class's identity crisis is simple. Listening to the Conservative balanced book blue socialists and the Labour very unbalanced books red socialists it is clear that the two main statist parties should jettison their narcissism of very small differences and simple merge into one. We already have a defacto one party state and this would simply make it official.
Then a pro capitalist party could emerge to challenge the statist quo and provide true as opposed to claimed political plurality into the system. It would also serve to illustrate how similar the two parties are ideologically, both believing in big government interventionism, just geographically in differently located on the mixed economy spectrum. The destination is the same: more government less freedom.
This would provide such clarity in people's minds and enhance the public discourse to something approaching healthy as opposed to the present environment of doubletalk intellectual murk and tergiversation surrounding it, contributing to the distrust of the public and its general perception of a shamed low dishonest political class.

Why is Socialism still a thing?
Why has socialism returned like a cancer from remission? I blame the Blue Socialists, the Managerial Socialists, the Tories. They made it respectable again. Thatcher use the word socialist as a term of abuse whilst post Maggie it is seen as something that can be tamed and and managed and thus has been detoxified and rendered innocuous in the eyes of the public rather than perceived as something to be universally rejected, feared and held in contempt.
Hence Corbyn. Yes he has fanboys and girls in the tax funded universities who should have to take a gap year in some socialist hell-hole like Venezuela, Cuba or North Korea before they are allowed anywhere near a UK ballot box but too many adults who should know better are behind this wittering incubus and his sinister henchman Macdonnel, the cold assassin of liberal values and individual rights the very rock and foundation of whatever prosperity and financial freedom is left in this compromised mixed economy.
Should Corbyn win there would be a flight of capital, a run on the pound, its value would drop on the international markets by as much as 25%. Some civilian militias could form having no doubt previously acquired and accumulated arms caches on the black market and prepared for such a dire eventuality and there could even be a revolt in the higher echelons of the military itself, tanks on the street and martial law declared. The Marxist ringleaders would be swiftly arrested and jailed whilst a coalition government was quickly formed and another election declared in a week's time to effect a smooth transition to civilian rule.
Too far fetched? Perhaps, but consider the implications of a Corbyn victory. The US would immediately declare its special relationship with the UK officially dead. It would assume the status of a hostile player knowing all that is known of Corbyn's allegiances with every low life scum terrorist outfit across the world going back decades. It would be ranked alongside Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea as countries not to do business with. It could no longer be part of Nato or even the EU as the latter, contrary to what many hold, does uphold some standards of decency and liberal norms which a Corbyn government would by its very nature contradict at every turn, hence Corbyn's instinctive animus to the EU for the longest time.
Old people trudging in the snow voting to prevent a Marxist dictator coming to power in a winter election must be the worst thing to befall this country since the blitz and its hard to believe its not just a terrible nightmare from which we will at some point awaken with a shudder but no it is actually happening. But what can we do about it?
