Why do people hate Estate Agents?!

As an old associate said recently: state agents are parasites! Really? Let's examine the roots of this animus shall we. In a sentence it is derived from a hatred of the Division of labour -a standard leftist not to say Leninist position. It reminds me of some lefty scumbag entertainer who said a few years ago that he and his band lived in East Germany back in the day when Bowie put it on the tourist map with his Heroes foray, socialist chic schtick and all the lesser mortals and satellites thought they would go there and do the same thing -a fellow travellers Alexi Sayle type holiday in Hell.

Anyway this bozo was on radio 4 (where else?) extolling the virtues of pre Soviet collapse East Germany and in particular its absence of advertising!.No doubt this was compensated for with life size posters of the dictator of the day was it Hoxa or something, the Stalinist stooge. He went on to lament the curse of advertising in the West.

It is in that kind of vein that the 'estate agents are parasites' plaint has to be seen. It's that pesky old division of Labour you see. To illustrate this and to show how I am not just going off on wild speculation the old associate went on to relate how he had set up his own For sale notice and done all the viewings but it did not lead to any peace of mind by all accounts as the experience had left him drained,made passes at by a homosexual viewer and on moving to his new place had to sit in his abode for 2 weeks to recover from the traumatic experience.

That's why we get other people to that do crap in the first place hello lol.

Also these do it yourself selling your house methods are only possible thru the internet and the people who set them up are just another level of that division of labour and by his pretzelogic would also be parasites!  The internet? You didn't build that! You can't use it to sell your house -they are parasites.

Anyone who thinks they can be 'self sufficient' has a Robinson Crusoe complex  for even a kibutz requires some division of labour and they are a minority sport to this day.

So estate agents of the world Unite -you have nothing to lose but the hatred and  unthinking prejudices of blinkered anti capitalist zealots.
