German Labour Heckler Thrown Out Of Conference

So a second old age pensioner has been thrown in jail for not paying her council tax in full -it having gone up over 100% in the past decade.Surely now the rumblings of revolt will grow apace. Can The Muddle East Embrace Democracy

Looking at Iraq it makes you wonder if Democracy can be imported artificially.It took us a thousand years to get it right -or at least functioning fairly well. Only Israel significantly has achieved this feat but the jewish history of diaspora helped them absorb the democratic values of other nations and adopt the template. Northern Ireland Anti Loyalist Bias

Whilst not condoning the present loyalist riots in Northern Ireland I cannot help but notice the double standards the government and media operate under when condeming it. James Whale on Talk Sport Radio allowed endless callers to attack loyalist and Orangemen but when someone came on to defend the loyalists he cut him off and wouldn't allow him to speak.Whilst being a crude example of bias this is by no means an isolated example of it. Thirty years plus of Ira terrorism that continues to this day is somehow airbrushed away and not seen as a bar to Sinn Fein participation in politics whilst loyalists are written off as beyond the pale for far less crimes. Excellent TV prog I just got round to seeing on the origins of the present Middle East problems -and on ch 4 too!

It outlined the provenance of strife in the region by the Arabs alignment with totlitarianism -going back 80 years, with Hitler's Nazis,then the Soviet Union and it went on to explain that it was only after the Arabs cosied up to the Soviets that the US started supporting Israel.

It was heartening to hear arab commentators noting that by and large the arabs are the authors of their own misfortune and they need to get their act together and stop blaming others for their own failings.

A fuel tax protest next week is long overdue. I cannot believe I heard a black US 'Bishop' on BBC radio claiming that Bush was deliberately letting poor blacks starve in New Orleans because that was the Republican mindset. Cameron the latest tory hopeful gave an interview this morning on radio five that encapsulates the glaring contradictions of Toryism. He claimed to champion the free market system and then went on to defend the public services ie NHS and Education system.That's like championing vegetrianism with a fillet steak in your mouth.

I wonder who reads my blog as I have never got any feedback and don't much care for any. Having been on political forums before I discovered blogging it was very dispiriting to read the average response. I never knew there were so many dumb people about.

Taxation and the Death of Liberty

If a home owner has a right to defend himself from a burglar with whatever force is necessary then he also has a right to defend himself from thieving politicians who use the power of the State to rob him of his income through taxation - also using whatever force is necessary.

The State cannot use the excuse that it has the mob on its side who voted for taxation anymore than a burglar can claim legality by the number of fellow burglars he brings with him on the job.

5 More Years Of Sisyphean Labour?

Can people really be contemplating voting for a third Labour victory? How can anyone think a flat tax is fair? Even if it is 5% the same inequality and iniquity obtains. 5% of £200 and 5% of £100,000 ain't the same .

The only fair tax - if that isn't an oxymoron - is for all government services (and there shouldn't be many of them beyond maintenance of armed forces, police and courts) to be costed and everyone pay the same.

Rich and poor alike pay the same for a loaf of bread and that is the only fair way tax should be levied. All egalitarianism and socialism should be removed from tax policy.

A local sales tax like they have in the US should be introduced in the UK with the abolition of VAT.

Democracy Violates Individual Rights at Every Turn

Coming up to a general election I cannot help reflecting on how Democracy isn't all it's cracked up to be. It is rule by the lowest common denominator - Mobocracy and the intelligent few are held hostage to it.

Why should my life be determined by cretins and moron's uninformed whim who will vote for the Stupid Party (Labour -Liberals) who will promise them yet more of the unearned in welfare with my taxes?

Meritocracy is preferable,rule by the intelligent and solvent,those who run businesses,who employ others and contribute to the Capitalist system,not the takers and parasites,looters and moochers who only seem capable of reproducing and draining the productive classes.

In fact no one under 25 should be able to vote except he falls into the above meritocratic group. It is hardly surprising that Labour wants the vote given to 16 year olds -malleable putty shaped and brainwashed in Labour sink comprehensives.

State employees should likewise be excluded as they are but a parasitic client group of Labour bought with working people's taxes .

Should women have the vote even? Surely not as it their role to follow not to lead or make decisions that affect the public weal.

Immigrants are another group ineligible for the vote particularly Muslims who pose a threat to Western values and are a cultural bacillus.((Not all muslims of course but way too many)
Democracy sucks and Meritocracy is superior.

Thankfully many cretins will not vote. The stupid ones are disaffected from Labour so the Conservatives may scrape home. But we shouln't leave it to chance and happenstance. The present system need scrapping as it violates freedom and individual rights.

Charles and Bad Press

I am no raving monarchist but even I can see that Prince Charles is given a bad rap. The latest contretemps involves him muttering under his breath imprecations against a BBC journalist(who couldn't).

Imagine being followed every minute of the day by hack hounds with their questioning banalities; anyone would snap.

He actually made a joke but the media twisted it as they usually do. The man is straight and good in the main and he should be given some slack.

Tories must show mettle

Just when things were going well for the Tories they shoot themselves in the foot by over reacting re Flight and his 'injudicious' comments that more cuts on government spending will take place after the election if the tories win.

More government cuts is just what the doctor ordered and the tories should be proud of this intention,not shy and coy about it, let alone going so far as to sack an able minister for having the temerity to broach the subject.

A few cool cuts would include 20% off income tax, outright abolition of VAT, 70% off gas for starters.

The Tories could announce that the NHS will be privatised, State Education ditto and people will be given back power over their lives re health and education. Everything Government touches turns to dross -Midas in reverse. We need less politics,less government,more freedom.

What was unthinkable just a month ago is now becoming a distinct possibility:a Tory win on May 5th with a working majority.

What has brought about this sea change in British politics? Quite simply the voters have rumbled New Labour. Taxes have gone up and public services remain poor and undelivering.

Low taxes, tough laws against asylum(welfare) seekers, proscription of law breaking travellers, tightening up of the laws on abortion, punitive action against criminals, with more jails and long jail sentences, swingeing cuts of Government bureaucracy, further privatisation of the NHS.

As more begin to recognise that a vote for Blair is really a vote for Socialist Brown red in tooth and clawback, that the liberals are just Old Labour in drag, and a protest for the BNP or UKIP will simply be a back door vote for the Blair Brown Switch Project, the clear and only alternative is to vote Conservative and end this 8 year nightmare once and for all.

Africa needs Trade not Aid

If we had free trade and got rid of EU protectionism and tarriffs the African people would be able to trade on a level playing field in the global market economy and support themselves.

Africa should embrace capitalism instead of the voodoo economics of Marxism - the curse of post colonial Africa -look at Zimbabwe which has gone from being the breadbasket of Africa to the basket case of Africa with the age of mortality down to a staggering 34 yrs under mad Marxist Mugabe.

When I see a skyline of Mosques in the UK I experience a visceral recoil of repugnance that completely bipases the cerebral cortex. First impressions are right every time. Then comes the intellectual analysis that delivers the same verdict: this is not what I and millions of other Brits want for our country.

I can't believe they are letting out known terrorist threats -and one is coming out tonight! If these people are wanted abroad -and at least one of them is - they should be sent there. I don't care if they face torture in those countries -all the more reason to send them there!

Civil liberties part two

It always makes me laugh when arch liberals who believe the State should have control over every last aspect of people's lives start bleating about civlil liberties when measures are put in place to thwart terrorist atrocities. We can all be forgiven for not taking seriously any lectures from these johnny come latelys about civil liberties. In fact it is almost as if they are frustrated that the terrorists can't break through our security seals, they hate our country so.

BBC Licence Review Charade

There was never going to be any other outcome of licence review under a labour government than the outcome we've just got: business as usual.

When all the Hewitt window dressing (down) is stripped away what we have in the BBC is a defacto Labour institution left intact. Hell, they even confessed recently to being pro EU and institutionallly biased to the left. Since when did confession to wrongdoing exonerate the confessor? Confess the crime then carry on committing it seems to be the BBC's MO.

This flagrant violation of freedom - tax funded leftist propaganda is the kind of stunt you'd expect in a totalitarian state. The BBC has been getting away with it for years and its licence to distort truth and turn in on its head has just been given another ten year extension.

Girl wins right to wear muslim headress in school

It appears the girl is being used by extreme muslim groups to push their agenda. The school in question had already bent over backwards to accomodate muslim dress. She herself came acros as trucculent and arrogant but being only 16 not the greatest crime.

The only solution to this intractable problem would be a complete separation of school and state then people can send their children to secular or religious schools befitting their beliefs. That way tax payers would not have to support with their money schools percieved by them as inimical to their own beliefs.

If the status quo of State funding were to be maintained I would argue that the bias would have to be towards non religious uniform. For heaven sake at the end of the day we are still a nominally christian country, not a muslim one (thank God).

To drag the criminal human rights into it is to compound the folly and I found it particularly ironic that a muslim woman appeared on ch 4 news from an organisation the Muslim Human Rights. Now there is a oxymoron to conjure with.

There are no civil liberties in the graveyard. During WW2 we had our 'civil liberties' curtailed - for the duration. A while back I predicted that Bush will do for Islamafascism what Reagan did for communism: 'we will bury you'.

Scoffs from liberals but now we see Egypt edging towards Democracy, Lebannon people power against Syria, no Palestinians celebrating the sucide bomber this week, Iraq fighting for its Democracy against Syrian backed terrorists.

This is nothing less than a domino effect. Just as the liberals were wrong about the American caused defeat of communism they are now proving to be wrong about American caused Democracy in the Middle East.

And just as they refuse to this day to admit they were wrong about communism they as sure as eggs is eggs will not be able to admit they were wrong about Middle East islamafascism either. For them denial really is a river in Egypt.
